Guaranteed to trigger the Runic Blessing buff every 30 seconds.
Second effect after 0.1 sec.
Increases experience earned by 15%.
Increases movement speed by 1.
[Note]
1. You can only change the wings into Onyx Runic Wings with an upgraded specialist card of +1 or higher.
2. The wings disappear when you put your specialist card in a card holder.
