On attack there is a 10% chance of triggering Party Mood.
Second effect after 0.1 sec.
All of your specialist's skill points are increased by 1.
Increases movement speed by 1.
[Note]
1. You can only change the wings into Party Firework Wings with an upgraded specialist card of +1 or higher.
2. The wings disappear when you put your specialist card in a card holder.
