Using this solvent you can downgrade an equipment shell.
This also deletes the effect received during the most recent upgrade.
[Instructions]
Double-click the solvent and select the item with the shell you wish to downgrade.
The solvent will be consumed in the process.
[Note]
Shell Upgrade Solvents cannot be used twice in a row on the same equipment.
You must first upgrade the equipment again before you can downgrade it with a solvent.
